NO SHOW / LATE POLICY

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

We value your time and ask that you please value ours. We require at least a 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you do not provide a 24-hour notice, or if you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you may be charged a $20 rescheduling fee. You may also forfeit the session you were scheduled for, in cases of redeeming a package. Additionally, you may have to wait until our next available appointment which could be some time into the future.

Late Arrival Policy:

Please call us if you are running late so we can plan how to accommodate. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule for another time. Those who arrive late may also be asked to wait until the provider has an opening in their schedule.
